This 35-minute webinar was hosted by Alice Shea, College and Career Success Coordinator at Southern Maine Community College.  Alice presented on how to overcome the barriers faced by adult learners as they explore higher educational opportunities.  Attendees of Dirigo expressed interest in additional information to support adult learners. This session provided participants best practices on: empowering adult learners, assisting adult learners with developing decision-making skills, supporting community learners, and supporting multi-lingual learners.
